A space for slow, honest work. Where clarity replaces self-abandonment.
I work with people who are intelligent, self-aware, and tired of repeating the same patterns despite years of insight.
My work is relational and structured, grounded in presence, integrity, and respect for the pace of change.
This is not quick-fix work.
It is for those who are ready to commit to a deeper relationship with themselves.
Work with me
Individual work — by commitment
I work one-to-one, in Ibiza or online, offering my full, undivided attention within a clear and contained framework.
The work unfolds over time, allowing us to explore your inner and outer reality carefully, without pressure or performance.
Together, we slow things down enough for patterns to become visible — and for real choice to emerge.
Sessions last 75 minutes
Work is offered in short- or medium-term commitments
Rhythm is weekly or bi-weekly
TRE® and other somatic tools may be included when helpful, always in service of a broader relational process.
This work is not offered as single drop-in sessions.
If you feel resonance, you are welcome to reach out to explore whether this way of working is right for you.
About the Work
Many people I work with already understand themselves well.
They have reflected deeply, read widely, and perhaps spent years in therapy — yet still find themselves repeating certain patterns, especially in relationships, work, or moments of transition.
This work is not about fixing what is wrong or becoming a better version of yourself.
It is about learning how to stay with yourself when it matters: in uncertainty, in intimacy, in moments of choice, and in times of change.
Over time, this supports greater clarity, steadier boundaries, and a way of living that does not require self-betrayal.
Relationship, Structure, and Change
Change does not happen in isolation.
The ability to self-regulate, to relate honestly with others, and to make sustainable choices develops in relationship — through attention, reflection, and practice.
My work is relational, meaning that what happens between us is part of the process.
It is also structured, held within clear agreements and timeframes, so that depth can unfold without overwhelm.
This combination allows for honesty, safety, and responsibility — without urgency.
About me
My name is Daga Cybruch. I work as a therapist and coach, with a background in psychotherapy and somatic practices.
For nearly two decades, my path has been shaped by professional training, personal inquiry, and lived experience. I work slowly and deliberately, valuing clarity, responsibility, and respect for the body’s timing.
I am interested in work that supports integrity rather than performance — and in relationships that allow truth without pressure.
If this way of working resonates with you, you’re welcome to reach out.
