This is me

I believe everybody has a unique life to live and everybody deserves to find their way to express themselves. This is why one of my biggest passions in life is guiding people to connect with their authentic self, to create their own story, to find joy in being themselves. I want to share what I have received and learnt in my life.

I was born in 1979 in Poland, a country severely experienced by trauma and suffering. I witnessed, with my child naivety, how the country and its inhabitants were changing, trying to adjust to political and social challenges.

My curiosity about how people relate to each other, live together and influence each other paired with a constant inquiry about human nature led me to study sociology which I graduated in 2003. With my degree in sociology and communications, I entered the world of international corporations that lured me with its apparent stability and predictability. After a few years of developing a career of a PR and communication specialist, I decided to co-create a business offering software and content for e-learning. My life seemed rewarding yet it was not satisfying.

In 2006 I started my first individual therapy with one of the best cognitive behavioural therapists in Poland. This experience triggered a big change in me. I was fascinated by the power of a therapeutic relationship and at the same time, I knew that it wasn’t exactly what I needed. Over the years I changed the therapists twice, one executing a psychodynamic approach and a Gestaltist. I could see how my therapeutic experience affected my life, my self-awareness, my choices.

It was the experience of Gestalt therapy, the study of Buddhism and Ken Wilber’s integral psychology that finally brought me to some profound realisations. As a result of my newly gained insight, seeing my responsibility for my life and feeling the power of presence, I decided to take a risk and do what had been my dream for years.

I came to Ibiza, the island I chose to be my home, to heal myself and to build my new life. I came to weave new connections, create a new sense of belonging, to live authentically.

In Ibiza, I decided to transform my experience and ever-present enthusiasm for helping others and started my own counselling practice. I’m a certified TRE® Provider and I have a diploma in Gestalt Therapy, and I primarily focus on assisting my clients to heal their relationship with themselves and the world.

I also collaborate with The Quantum Prana, a luxurious and confidential holistic care retreat centre in Bali.

I collaborate with other professionals in the field of wellness and mental health, I organise workshops and retreats. Together with Isabel-Chave Manso, Gestalt and CST therapist, we created ISADA Therapy Collective in Ibiza.
